How do I make an order?
There are a few ways to order:
1. Individual product request forms - If you're just after one type of product, the easiest way to order is through the request form on the appropriate product page on our site. These have pre-set options to choose from to generate your order, making it easier for both you and us.
2. personalised request form - If you're wanting several different products, you might find it better to submit an order request through our personalised request form. You can find that by clicking here. This way you can tell us which products you would like to order, how many, flavours etc. If you're doing it this way please provide as much detail as you can about the products you wish to order so that we can ensure they are created to your perfection.
3. contacting us directly - Alternatively, you can send us a message on one of our social media platforms, use the chat function on our site, or send us an email to flourpowerbakeryderby@outlook.com.
Once you have submitted a request the bakery will be in contact with you to confirm your requested collection date is available and agree a time for collection.
How do i pay?
Once you have submitted an order request we will be in contact with you to confirm your order and iron out any details. At this point a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking - this can either be done via bank transfer or you can bring cash to the bakery. The final balance will be needed to be paid prior to/upon collection - again either bank transfer or cash.
Full T&C's on our order policy can be found here.
Do you do bespoke/personalised bakes?
Of course!!! If there's anything that you would like that you cannot see on our website/social media please let us know in the 'additional information' section of the general order form - or contact us directly!
I have an allergy - can i order from you?
NO!!! :(
Our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, eggs and dairy products. Other allergens may also be present in our kitchen. For this reason, although we put measures in place to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products, including our dairy and gluten free bakes do not contain traces of these products or other allergens. Therefore, our products are not suitable for those with serious food allergies in order to preserve your safety.
Please inform us upon order of any allergies as advised in the 'additional information' section on the request form(s).
Nutritional information including the presence of allergens in our bakes can be found here.
how should I store my bakes?
Best storage of our bakes may vary - anything with whipped cream, or fresh fruit should be stored in the fridge. Cakes without whipped cream/fresh fruit (i.e. just cake and buttercream) may be kept out of the fridge in an airtight container.
Our bakes are at their best whilst fresh, so we recommend consuming within 3 days. However, if you want longer to eat your bakes, or have leftovers (HAHA, leftovers...) you can freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
if you have a question that you can't find the answer to, please send us a message!
