An indulgent chocolate sponge, filled with a rich chocolate buttercream marbled with gooey-chocolate ganache. Encased in more chocolate buttercream and topped with drippy chocolate ganache and a range of chocolate delights. Yummy scrummy.

A squishy vanilla sponge, filled with vanilla bean buttercream marbled with oozy-strawberry jam. Encased in more vanilla buttercream and topped with fresh strawberries. As classic as classic can be.
Biscoff tower
A biscoff sponge, filled with biscoff buttercream marbled with sticky biscoff spread. Encased in more biscoff buttercream and topped with whole, chunked and crumbled biscoff biscuits. Biscoff with a capital 'B'.

My family favourite. Our indulgent chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate orange buttercream marbled with chocolate orange ganache. Encased in more chocolate orange buttercream and topped with sticky chocolate orange ganache and chocolate orange bites.
